Wayne has served as facility manager for the Mead Johnson Division of Bristol Myers Squibb and managed an $18 million led in excess of one hundred employees. Wayne is the founder and CEO of a 20-year-old facility management company and continues to work with the best and the brightest in the operations excellence field.

Wayne also lead a cross functional/cross company team to win the US Department of Energy’s ‘National Energy Award’ for the best industrial energy project in the United States.
